Bug fixes:

-Properly fixed Time

-Fast command typing

Now you can type commands even faster without restrictions, although if you make a mistake or two, you will have to wait 5 seconds. This prevents people from just keyboard head-smashing and finding hidden commands. (Isnt fixed with older versions, go and exploit it).
